Journalist for 9 years, I followed various problems related to violations and attacks against Palestinian citizens in general and in particular in the Gaza Strip.
When I was in Gaza, I worked for some international media on investigative journalism and documentaries. Currently, I am a professional accredited journalist working for Al-Ghad Arab Television, creator of cultural programs. I also worked for Voice of the People radio in Gaza, which opposes government policy and presents the people problems. I worked as an editor for the Al-Hadaf news portal, which focuses on Palestinian news and monitoring attacks on citizens.
I published articles in several news agencies denouncing the policy of the government of the Gaza Strip and the confiscation of freedoms.
Because of my job, I have been spied on, pursued, harassed and threatened. Before I arrived in Belgium, I was arrested, detained and physically tortured.
I have a PhD in Media and Political Studies from Cairo.
