- From 1991 to 2009, member of the editorial board, economic and political journalist, and columnist successively for several reformist publications which were all closed and banned by the Iranian authorities: Salam, Sobhe Emrooz, Norooz, Yas-e No, Vaghaye-e Ettefaghieh, Sarmayeh, Eghbal, Sarmayeh.

- Member of the presidential campaign of Mir-Hossein Mousavi, March – June 2009.
