Young journalist eagering to put light on the chaos in Burundi, I started the carrier in 2020, fighting to create my own place in a country where men have the last word and proving the society that I Ccan do wonders , I have been given a chance to put in action what I liked (which happened to be writing and helping the nation to understand what is going wrong in Burundi ) by a local media house known as Burundi Times. It is after that I have been granted different opportunies to joins others media houses includind RPA, le Journal.Africa.

In other to pursue a masters degree in sport, I went to do my masters in IEPS(Institute of Physics and sports education) at the Unversity of Burundi, which I did not finish unfortunately. I have a degree in Psychology

However I was compesionate about what was happening in Burundi regarding the economics, climate change and different sort of harasment in professional areas including sports, that I made up my mind to investigate on them if not them all. That is where I started receiving different grants to participate in training workshops including the African Continental Free Trade Area in Senegal and the grant from Thomson Reuters on Illicit Financial Flows in 2023.

Since September 2023, I was in the Netherlands, after receiving a grant to take place in workhop to do public interest journalism course after things changed and I was forced to seek for asylum in the Netherlands. The dutch governement said my asylum seeking procedure was in hands of Belgium. Since April 18, 2024 I am in BELGIUM seeking for international protection.
